Old Mutual Max Investment

Old Mutual is the worst company at responding to emails. I submitted a claim in January, till today I have never received a response from them. When I send follow up emails they go unanswered and ignored. Att: claims@oldmutual, please advice what I need to do to be informed of the progress of my claim, if that’s not much to ask for.
