OLD MUTUAL MANAGEMENT & STAFF - HOPELESS & USELESS

A quotation was requested from a financial advisor named, Shaniel Naidoo, who was and is totally *********** in tge field of finance. He then activated the quote into a policy despite telling him not to do so. Despite canceling the policy on the 29 January 2024 at the old mutual midrand branch they keep on debiting my wife's account. We have made more than a dozen calls today, but these useless and hopeless *********** staff, have absolutely no knowledge of how to stop the Cancellation. The hopeless advisor named shaniel is an absolute waste of time, who does not have any knowledge or understanding whatsoever. He should be removed with immediate effect as an advisor. I want is the cancellation of the policy and premiums returned.
