Old Mutual lying to clients!

1. In July 2024 I called in, did a quotation for a funeral policy and accepted the policy; 2. In August 2024 I phoned another Insurer and got a better deal with a much higher sum insured for a similar premium; 3. On 26/27 August 2024 I called in and spoke to a lady advising to cancel the policy with you guys to which she did but also profusely promised me that Old Mutual would not debit as I could not afford a double debit from both insurers; 4. On 30 August 2024 I was debited by Old Mutual despite the promises made to me.
