OLD MUTUAL LOCKDOWN SERVICE OF NO HELP TO THE CUSTOMER !!

I called Old Mutual offices since Friday 10th July 2020 and have not had success until the 15th July 2020 ! ON ONE OF THE DAYS THE RECORDING REPEATED : "don't hang up, we will attend to your call soon" for 15 minutes...that is really poor service for such a top business, such very poor service to the Customers ?? This working form home idea is failing the customers by the hundreds...
