Old mutual loans

I have taken out a loan with old mutual and was approved last week Friday with all the checks done and was told that the application is with the banking queue and was awaiting payout.After 48 working hours I contacted Old Mutual cust service only to be told the application is still with the banking verifications team and will be paid the same day,after another 48 hours I was given the same information and promised a call back which never happened and the person Andisiswe who did the application with me never only responded once via email and never bothered to call back or respond again.I contacted old mutual this morning only to be told that my application has been rejected yesterday and nobody knows why.I find this to be very unprofessional and I should of been told this at the very beginning and not have something approved and then rejected with no reasoning behind it.I am not blacklisted or missed payments on any of my accounts and it's sad because judging from hellopeter reviews I am not the only person that this has happened to.I await a response from Old Mutual as I have been promised another call back and still nothing.
