OLD MUTUAL LOAN *****

I made a loan with Old mutual November 2018 and the loan consultant took a payment of R5000 which he said was his commission. He did not ask me about my income or expenditure all he said was that I qualify for R60000 over 84 months with a deduction of R2000 per month. Now since then I have reported him and he resigned. A man contacted me from the ***** department and said they are investigating (this was in December) and since them I havent heard a thing? Now they sent me an sms that they will be deducting R2700 some odd on my salary date?? I phoned the branch where the loan was made and the manager is on leave(since December) its now almost end January... so what the hell is going on???? I cannot afford to pay that amount! I will go to the Ombudsman I think cause this is just ridiculous!!!!!
