Old Mutual Loan Department do enquiries on your credit profile without consent

Good Day,

I would like to lay a formal complaint against Old Mutual Loan Department. I received a sms this morning from them stating that they cannot continue with my loan application. What loan application? I did not apply for any loan with Old Mutual, via email, website nor telephone call. Your call center agents phone me nonstop to "help" me apply for a loan and I refused each and every time. I even asked them to remove my name from there system. I also noticed that you did a credit inquiry on my credit report. Why is that!

I demand that you remove all enquiries of Old Mutual on all my credit profiles ASAP or I will report you to the NCA and contact all the mayor newspapers to write an article about this. I did not consent to any credit enquiry to be done, nothing. This is in breach of the Popi Act.

You have 4 hours to remove the enquiry on all credit report systems and send me proof there off, or I will take further action.
