OLD MUTUAL LIVING ANNUITY PAYMENT DATES
I am a pensioner and have my money invested in a living annuity with Old Mutual (Fairburn) for last +- 14 years. My monthly pension was also paid on the 18th of the month when I drew it monthly. I'm now told that payment can only be made on the 25th of a month. This does not suite me as I have commitments for the 18th of the month. I have been shunted from pillar to post with the call center agents and not being able to speak anyone higher in the organisation.
