Old mutual lifecover
Their service is pathetic i asked them to update my detail in March, they only did so in August and i had accumulated charges. Now they double debited so i thought for September they already did now im going up and down and the advisor just shout at me when i query. i escalated to the manager still i dont have any updates. If i struggle with the life cover while im still alive how much more will my family when i pass on

19 Sept 2020, 07:13A whole week without any resolution. I call and email you guys first you said I had missed a premium but when I requested for a statement I was told no missed premium. So when I asked for a refund on my double debited payment no response. I escalated to management still nothing. Don't forget old mutual hurt so many people when a family had to take their cop to your premises then you paid after. I guess I have to find another service provider while I can.
For everyone: DON'T TAKE SERVICES WITH OLD MUTUAL OTHERWISE YOU WILL SUFFER OR YOUR FAMILY WHEN THEY HAVE TO PAY YOU BACK
