I cancelled my Old Mutual Life policy recently and I was assured that it is cancelled. However they are still debiting money. ****

15 Apr 2024, 13:48How does one get a cancellation confirmation letter from your company(Old Mutual) but still get charged for a cancelled service? That is just a **** for me. I have an sms, an email letter and a hard copy letter but still my money is being taken.
