Old Mutual Life insurance - impossible to reach

Spoke to Financial Manager Muneeb over 3 weeks ago to solve a requote and billing issue. Took 2 weeks just to get to a FM to assist...Muneeb said he or the team will get back to me shortly on billing issue that has been going on for 2 years. No feedback to date from Muneeb, or Reney or Aaminah all in the same mails. Followed up twice again... with no response. Old Mutual is just not intrested in their clients. Sad as they use to be s amazing company to look to.
