Old mutual life cover is a ****

I have been paying life cover from 2010 with old mutual and they deduct straight from persal. All of a sudden my policy is inactive. I called and I was told that have reached 15% of policy deduction and when I did my calculations and also involved my HR I was far from reaching the 15%. They are still deducting the old premium, whilst they say my policy is inactive and should anything happen to me they won't pay out and they are refusing to refund me all my premiums from 2010. I don't even want to talk about their rude consultants on the phone.
