<p>I am in dispute with the above mentioned insurance company which I understand that Mr James Masike is the agent employed by this company who helped the deceased policy holder in joining the policy and responsible for giving necessary information to the beneficiary of the policy which is me Boitumelo Maloma.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been unable to reach an amicable settlement with the insurance company in respect of my Life Assured Policy/Educational Policy following the death of my mother who was the one responsible for payments to this policy so that in case something would happen to her I would be able to have money to go to school and further my studies without any struggles, so I could be able to take care of myself even when she is not around. Mr Masike once contacted me in regards to the policy, telling me that he saw my documents in their office and that there might be a possibility that it’s in connection with the policy.
