OLD MUTUAL LIES, CHEATS & *****S FROM CLIENTS.

I'm very disappointed in Old Mutual, in approximately 13 years of being their client I got treated as nothing. 1. Old Mutual have very poor customer service both in their branches and call centre. 2. Old Mutual promised to get back to, up to today no correspondence from them. 3. Visited their branch in Motherwell,Port Elizabeth - left the branch with no answers to all my questions. To all those who don't have business with this institution - CONGRATULATIONS. To all those thinking to do business with them - RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. To all those who already have business with them - from me to you - GOOD LUCK. Once again, I'm ashamed to call myself an Old Mutual Client.
