Old mutual lies and continues to benefit by stalling with payment from provident fund

Negative rating should be available. The sooner I have nothing to do with old mutual, I'll be a happy woman and gain all the weight I've lost because of this demon old mutual. What finished me was their lies from last week Tuesday...going from processing an emergency payment to next day that no request was even sent through cos they are still waiting for SARS....to yesterday being told systems are down...will have to wait another 3 weeks...old mutual is full of **** and incompetence...I hate old mutual... even my money in preserver fund..I want it.. I'll find it a better home. And to know that while I'm money less you as old mutual are benefitting!!! And please don't irritate me with your rehe****d call...you are not in my shoes...this is why you are treating your clients like this. I have done so much already to push to get paid...while all they did was just say 'no document'...how the hell do you not follow up and expect the client to do the running around for you....yeah it's true... paying someone is never nice....guess what it's my money and I trusted you with it.....
