Old mutual lies

Hi all , names N Pillay .it was sometime last November when I decide to open a investment account in old mutual. I went to a branch in jhb greenstone mall and opened a 12 month fixed deposit account .On 25th November the money was deducted from my account .But December's money was deducted late and by then my account had no money, so it went unpaid .On the 6th of January I went to the branch to make arrangements to cover Decembers money .I was hoping to make a extra payment of R500. But I was said to make a double payment in January .I could not make a double .I have opened a new account .I ask them cancel and I would like to withdraw the old account .the withdrawal was made on the 6th of January , on the 9th I received a sms stating the money will be in my account between 3 to 5 working days but no money came into my account .I called the branch the manager told me 48hrs after at 20th of January the money will be in my account .but still no money in my account. Now I'm in durban and I went to the Phoenix branch and they told me the money will be in my account on 1st February and there is still no money .I would like to know what kind of service old mutual run .this is lies ,lies and .if there's a problem tell me don't lie to me .what other step can I take to get my money Thank you
