Old Mutual letting down the people trying to retire

My Father has been struggling to get his Retirement handled by Old Mutual for 2 Months and with the economy suffering he is losing more and more of his small retirement that he has available to him.

The Old Mutual Employee was supposed to send documents needed to my Father's work place and they have apparently never received anything so they could not finalize anything with Alexander Forbes. The employee either forgot or didnt care and is now off sick with flu and the Vereeniging Branch manager apparently cant do anything.about it.

Now SA will be in lockdown for 21 days while my father was promised that Today the 25th would be his first paycheck. Yet, currently he has no income, as he has already retired from his work and Old Mutual has let him down, as other people leaving after him is already enjoying their retirement while he has to worry about how he is supposed to pay his bills in this uncertain economy.

Could someone please replace these employees / managers that do not do their jobs that leave our elderly worrying about their futures.
