Old Mutual lacks proper customer care

Old Mutual Customer service sucks . I wonder if their CEO know how long customers have to wait when calling *** number. 20minutes and you still don't get thru to a consultant. I had an investment that has matured but they can't give me the policy value amount or advise when the funds will be paid. I have visited an Old mutual branch, no help at all. I have therefore decided to cancel all my policies with Old Mutual. YOUR COMPANY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND WHAT IT MEANS. Old mutual is a dinosaur in the industry, they should be laid down to rest... Invest elsewhere...
