OLD MUTUAL LACK OF SERVICE

How does one get hold of anyone at Old Mutual to assist one? I waited nearly 30 minutes listening to a message saying' please hold on, someone will help you shortly'. The email addresses on their forms are returned as invalid. NO one answers the client services call-centre. How do they manage to do any business.
