Old Mutual knows how to joke around with people’s hard earned money

Old Mutual money account consultants are not helpful at all. I’ve made an immediate payment from my money account to another bank, until now there’s no proof of payment, history record on the app not even a notification sms… and the money didn’t go through to the other account but is deducted from my money account. Then a consultant comes to tell you that they can see the transaction on their side but don’t know what’s wrong though it usually does happen so they will escalate the matter but they have no turn around time. Calmly so for that matter A transaction over R5000 of your hard earned money then a provider says they don’t know when you will get helped. What kind of joke is Old Mutual?

Never ever again!!! Getting my salary paid into Old Mutual was the worst decision ever.
