Old mutual kaak

This is not a great morning as I am highly disappointed by old mutual again. Went in just before I go to work and to be told that they need a hard copy of my bank statement after I called their head office to find out if I can take a soft copy with my original ID and to be turned away just like that. Why the hell is this company still rendering financial service. They need to be shut down. I .currently closing my account with them after 16-17 years when I decided to visit them ever the second time
