Old mutual just gives you the run around.

I called old mutual. And on advice from Their call centre i sent via email to their service department requesting a letter of no objection. Now its two weeks later still no letter. Ive requested a contact number for that department Nothing till now. Everytime i send an email it takes 48 hr to get a reply. Their reply is i have forwarded you request to the claims department with no request. How useless is Old mutual? Their call centre cant even assist. They should not operate via internet. They are totally useless
