Old mutual it's a ****

2022/01/22 I visited the old mutual branch in Johannesburg cbd to cancel my investment account, I was helped and the consultant recommended an old mutual saving account for money to go into that account, consultant told me that monies would come in within 5 working days, on the 30th of January I received an sms from old mutual saying my account has been funded, last week Wednesday I went to maponya mall to ask why I never got my money, the consultant then checked on the system and send an email to financial department, she than advise tha I will get my money within 24 hours, to this day I have not been paid and I have made a lot of debt hoping I will get my money soon, I do not recommend anyone to open investment with old mutual the service is poor.
