Old Mutual is worse than cANCer

I had the misfortune of trying to use Old Mutual Secure Services to attempt to make a change to one of my policies. The website is so slow that you have to wait 1-2 minutes after every click for it to process. 2 days later and I still could not make the changes. I called the call centre and spoke to the most unhelpful, untrained, arrogant person I have ever met in my life, called Feziuue with no surname. She was so bad that she cut the call after I was kept on hold for more than 19 minutes while she tried to transfer me to her supervisor. I still have not made my changes.....
