Old Mutual is withholding my funds

I am a forex trader and I recently made a withdrawal with my broker using the international bank wire option and my broker indicated to me that the withdrawal was successful and that my funds had been transferred. After a while I realized that nothing was in my Money Account so I went to the Old Mutual in Menlyn and they gave me 3 complicated forms to fill in and I did so. The next day I sent an email with my reference number to check on the progress and a whole day later the only response I received was more questions about the withdrawal which I had already answered in the forms. Nobody from Old Mutual has given me a direct indication of where my funds are. This has been a huge inconvenience as service from Old Mutual is bad and nobody seems to ever know what's going on even though that's their job. My advise to everyone is to stay away from the Money Account as it looks like a good deal but it is extremely inefficient especially for those who deal with international currencies.
