Old mutual is very bad. They dont have customers care.

Old mutual doesnt have a customer care.i cancelled a policy and they deducted for 3 months after i cancelled and i requested a refund, they only refunded for 2 moths and now they dont want to refund the 3rd month, i submitted the proof but no one is contacting me as they promised.
