OLD MUTUAL IS USELESS

Old Mutual does not care about their clients. Almost a month ago an unauthorized debit order was taken from our bank account, reported the matter immediately with their contact center and was advised to contact the provider. We advised that it shows as a ********** company and instead of them stopping the debit order were advised to go to the branch. After filling out all those forms and being advised to wait +-10 working days they had the nerve to tell us the forms were filled in incorrectly. Second attempt of forms done, after another DEBIT ORDER going off and a police ***** report we were told the same damn thing. How is it any of out fault that the branch staff they hired is unable to help with filling in forms? How is it even after a number of complaints to OLD MUTUAL via FACEBOOK that they have not made contact? How is it possible they are unable to stop a debit order if a policy holder is requesting it and advising it is **********. I will make sure that all my friends and family members using any of their policies cancel as this is uncalled for.
