Old Mutual is useless
Old Mutual is f....ing useless... I called 2 days ago to make arrangements I was told a team leader would call me back. I waited patiently because I know things are hectic at the moment and that you're forced to be short staffed. I have been on the phone the whole morning with no f....ing assistance. We are all going through the most right now, and you guys are not making it any easier. Dont say someone will be in contact and then you dont even call back!
