OLD MUTUAL IS USELESS.!!!

I am totally disgusted by Old Mutual. I have been trying since November 2014 to get them to fix an error which THEY made. Because of Old Mutual I now owe SARS R26k. I have tried to explain this to them and even sent them a manual which has a step by step guide on how to delete an IRP5. How can there not be a single person in such a big organisation who knows what to do?? I have emailed and called countless times and each time I am told someone is busy with my query. FOR 5 MONTHS???? THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
