Old mutual is unreliable, pathetic

I've put in a funeral claim in the past 8 days they have not made a payment til today, they don't communicate I went to the branch I was told that they can not help me because I did my claim with a phone I called them I was left holding for more than 8 minutes If I didn't have money to bury my sister how long was I suppose keep her in mortuary. They said they pay within 48 hours, that 48 hours is long gone we're approaching 48 x 10 now
