Old mutual is unprofessional
They have decided to deduct more money in my account without my consent. I think they are unprofessional and very rude . They started last month to deduct R1894 instead of R1000. The painful part of the bank charges the minute I do reversal. I visited the nearest branch and they emailed them but they did it again this month.
