Old mutual is *****ulent, In November 2024 i received a call from one of their consultants that they updating my policy details etc and i did no changes on my policy, only to find out they created 2 policies for me without my knowledge nd approval with the total of both policies R833-00🙆♀️ for 2months, I went to the branch to enquire nd apparently its their call centre that did this nd details of culprit not found on system..They gave me option that they open a ***** case which will take very long nd yet still the money will be deducted or they will refund me within 10days -‐Be careful check your payslips nd bank statement always
