OLD MUTUAL IS TRASH....JURIE STRYDOM IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE @ OLD MUTUAL ?

I took out savings and funeral policies with them and then my uncle passed away almost 4 years ago and they refused to pay out and and today which marks almost 4 years i am still paying a policy for the very same deceased person , on top of it the consultants are rude and they hung up their phones on me , to top it off Ramonde transferred my call after she rudely told me she will transfer and i listened to music for a whole 2 hours until my airtime was exhausted and i want to also cancel the retirement policy I took because of their bad service and they telling I cant. #Jurie Strydom , i just want to find out if this is what your business is bout ? as a CEO is this the kind of feedback employees get to treat us like trash even better like ****.

Is it not your slogan by now that very same reply.... Why even bother with any reply because i stand to think that is only your high totems that get a good service and not just the nobodies like me and the next person who is actually thinking of even starting any financial services with you. I am on my internet....my own petrol, my own time and resources going back and forth , They even know my face an Home affairs Krugersdorp and you noy sorry , don't like about sincere apologies... how many others are you doing this to and how many others are you doing this to simply because they don't records , trusting you that you can never be *****sters , what you did is ***** and I want to open a case.
