OLD MUTUAL IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!

Old mutual is probably the worst insurance company out there. I have been following up on an outstanding claim with them from 8th December. I have spent a lot of airtime on them already I don`t even know if it is worth it anymore. I have been told the status of the claim says "processing" for the longest time. I have claimed from other service providers in the past and can confidently say that this is the worst service I have ever received!!!! I TRIED CALLING TWICE THIS MORNING AND WAS CUT OFF BOTH TIMES
