Old Mutual is the worst Please be careful and regularly check your beneficiary list

Everyone. Please be careful with Old mutual. They change your beneficiaries without your knowledge and come claim stage for your family, the money can go to a total stranger and they (Your family) gets absolutely nothing. This happened to me and I've been trying to change the situation. Its been 7 days now and every time you call they will tell you about the back office or that I should wait another 3-7 working days and; just today. Its a circus and I think its time I looked for another service provider. Nowa, I thought you would come to my rescue but, you're just like the rest of them. *********** and unprofessional to say the least.
