Old mutual is the worst finacial company ever

At this point i am considering suing old mutual ,I and my brother who are the beneficiaries to a claim of our deceased mother have been waiting tirelessly for old mutual to resilve this claim ,everytime we phone the deparment they are always making a story about missing documents but when one iff the their financial planners communicates with them(old mutual wealth) somehow they realise there are no outstanding documents then our hope is restored but then again the cycle continues Whenever we do make a phone call its always a different consultant telling us a different story We even consulted with our local old mutual manager who insisted that we wait further more althouhh finding that there is no outstanding documents . Whats even worse as a potential client i do not u derstand why they would risk losing a potential investment with them . Whats even worse they have never even contacted us the beneficiaries. I assure you dont get trapped with them ,they have no respect at all for people and what they go through i their timeless waiting process
