OLD Mutual is the worst

The worst experience ever, after being customers for so many years. My parents missed their premium 1 month in June 2023. Since then we've been trying to revive their policies for the past 6 months (and we have proof of all communication). My mother had 4 strokes in the meanwhile, and we are fearing the worst, now we sit with problem of the funeral policy. Old Mutual just say we must go to AVBOB.
