Old mutual is the worst

The absolute worst experience with old mutual. NEVER AGAIN! I'm being sent from pillar to post for asking a measly cancellation letter on my policy, and this is after wasting almost 300 airtime waiting to speak to a consultant to request a cancellation. To top it all off I was stuck at their mall of the south branch because the system was 'slow' or whatever they said. I've successfully cancelled but they can't send a simple letter.

I received a broker form stating that my policy had lapsed which is BLATANT LIE. Kindly send me a cancellation confirmation letter that clearly states that the policy was cancelled at my request and confirm that the policy was fully paid up and NOT LAPSED!
