Old mutual is the WORST! Always saying payments are missing!
The worst business I have ever experienced. Every single time I speak to old mutual I'm told that my policies are behind! Not just by 1 month but by so many months. When I miss payments I recover the next month, but OM never seem to find those payments. What will happen when I need to claim? Old mutual takes people for granted as if our money falls from trees! I'm disgusted by YOU and your representatives! I'm not paying another cent to you till you fix my funeral Policies

11 Feb 2021, 09:37I was advised you would call me 11 days ago and I am still waiting. I am without cover and paid the amounts you guys wanted! I have gone to social media and can see that you guys are just delaying resolving my query. Right now I want the payment of R701 and +R600 that I paid on the 27th January 2021. I want that payment allocated I sent the proof to your Arbitration department and have not been contacted! I want all my policies activated immediately! I will continue putting everything on social media until this is resolved
