Old mutual is the worst

Terrible childish service from Old Mutual. No matter how bored you are, never invest with Old Mutual. I submitted my bank statement and I.d copy via email as requested but was told they never received them. Went to the branch and physically submitted the request docs but still even today I'm getting this foolish sms with no payout advising I need to submit my docs. This has been going on for almost 3 months. Horrible service, they don't value they clients.
