Old Mutual is the worst

From experience Old Mutual is the worst company ever! Reading all their complaints and their number one ranking cor complaints is disgusting! I would never recommend anyone to take out a policy with old mutual. They sell their policies with tactics to make a sale and when it comes to claiming they look for loop holes to get out of it that is how I see it. I submitted a claim and was given a turn around time of 7 days for feedback. Almost 2 weeks later they then request another document,which i submitted and was given another 7 days turn around time. Almost 2 weeks later......nothing.....I had to phone in only for them to tell me they need another document of which another 7 day turn around time was given after the document was submitted. Guess what.......3 weeks later.....nothing.....! I have to phone in every time just to be given the run around.....giving final feedback and wrap up dates from one week to the other.

What is even more sickening is being called by your advisor who then makes certain statements(Accusations) hinting to you exactly what the outcome would be. It is completely nauseating how old mutual treats their clients.

A question though?Given how old mutual sucks at customer service, Fails at selling proper policies and failing at paying out. How are they still operating. why isn't it being made public?

I need feedback from old mutual urgently. I would appreciate if the assessor or anyone can actually contact me because i have questions regarding this matter that only they would be able to answer.
