Old Mutual is the worse
The worse service I have ever experienced. My claim was done on 28march 2025 with a promise of 3-5 days turn around time. It has been 40 days now and still counting, still no payment made. The communication is terrible have sent over 15 emails and still no the wiser. Risk loosing my place I'm renting and cannot cover the bills I need the money for. Absolutely disgusting
