Old Mutual is the Biggest ****, be WARNED ⚠️!

My mom has been paying a funeral Cover with Old Mutual, three weeks ago my sister passed away and my mom went to put in a claim only to be told that the funeral policy has expired. How on earth does a funeral policy expire while the covered person is still alive????? If that was the case how come no one notified her???
