Old mutual is still a choice

I’m being very noble to give 5 stars, I’ve called old mutual 2 weeks ago, and asked for assistance I am abroad and having difficulty to access a lot of things. I wanted to surrender my investment policy and the guy promised to send me forms that I had to fill in and send back, but till today I have received none. I need urgent assistance as this is causing a lot of issues of my part since I am buying a house.
