Old Mutual is *****ing my money

Quite disgusted by Old Mutual and their service. Closed two of my policies due to circumstance and can only get paid out for the one. It's been almost two months now and haven't received any feedback or pay out from the other policy. When I try and call, no one answers. When I email, mails get deleted without reading and others don't get rep**** to. Brokers are so quick to take my money or send mails when premiums are missed, but no help when I want a pay out. I've already lost so much due to STA Travel's liquidation and MSC Cruises cancelations, now I have to add Old Mutual to the list for *****ing my money as well. Well done Old Mutual for looking after your own interests and not your clients.
