Old mutual is so unprofessional
This is the first time I've had my account suspended for reasons I don't understand myself. What does Old Mutual expect me to do now?! I have bills to pay and gifts to buy for my children. Atleast warm me before that you intend to suspend it. To suspend it just like that, without giving me any warning is the most unprofessional behaviour I have never encountered in my entire lifetime! I regret having opened an account with them!!!

20 Dec 2019, 10:10Today is the third day waiting for Old Mutual to reopen my account, which they suspended without giving me prior notice. I need my money to pay rent and groceries, my kids have to go bed without food because someone at Old Mutual decided to bully me. I'm guessing who ever is responsible for this has never went a day without food.
