Old Mutual is ****

My late husband took a life policy with old mutual a while ago , on the 26 January 2021 he passed away . I submitted all the necessary documentations to Old Mutual including the doctors medical report which stated that the disease that killed my late husband was never detected before . To my shocking surprise old mutual is busy harassing me saying the need Dr's reports , i told them that i don't have . It is time for the to pay for the policy they are coming up with some excuses that are not necessary because if the Dr who treated my late husband wrote that the disease was not detected before where am i going to find the reports they are requesting from me. I am very disgusted by the service & treatment i am receiving from Old Mutual . My advice to someone who is looking to take a life policy please go to Discovery life .Old mutual is nonsense . According to me they dont even deserve to have a star. Old Mutual is a ****
