Old mutual

<div>People beware of old mutual and their group benefits through employers. They work hand in hand with the employers to ensure that you do not get covered. My husband has been medically boarded and unfair dismissed by his company after numourious empty promisses from the employer as well as Old Mutual after more than a month that we had to exhausted all our last resourses Old Mutual now just say that its a external matter and we must wait. People is placed under a misperception that your life is covered when you have insurance via a employer but the truth is that you just enrich the scheme by paying large monthly installments. Old Mutual's call center agents is extremely friendly and "helpfull" but just sorry that what they promise and what happens doesnt add up. Then dont even get me started about how *********** the staff at the branches are...their are mearly there to direct you to their nearest phone to call the call center and even tell you straight that they dont know anything regarding those particular schemes....so mu question is why have branches if you can not service clients. In our town there is 4 branches and NON of them can assist us....</div>
