Old Mutual is reaping off its clients-Stay away from it

In April 2018 I submitted changes to old mutual for my fathers date of birth.his original date of birth was 1946-20 -June. which I submitted when I opened a policy.On his ID it was an incorrect one 1945-24-August.i then contacted the insurance in April 22 2018 about this challeges I was advised to send an ID copy certified in order for them to update after I submitted I was told that changes of date of birth are noted.later on the 8th May 2018 My father passed on.i initially insured my Father with R15000 all along and I was only paid R10900 saying due to age changes.of which this was not told during the changes.i feel being reaped off by this insurance and they are not fair..im also intending to put it on Social media on how Old mutual is reaping off people.
