OLD MUTUAL IS REAPING ME OFF

hello peter In September 2021 with my permission by signing a ( letter or attorney ) giving miss Vee from dcm group to handled my account with old Mutual lMiss Vee from DCM group made an arrangement on my behalf with Old mutual on the loan that i have with them .it was agreed with old mutual that i will now pay R1500 that wiil be deducted by dcm from my salary every month instead of the R3001 that was debited from my account every month and pay Old Mutual.Dec i decided to visit Old Mutual Maponya mall to ask why are they still making the debits from my account i explained all the arrangements made to the manager but he was very unfriendly and rude ,he pressed his PC and said there are no records of such i must go back to dcm and ask for the relevant documents.OLD MUTUAL is still debiting my R3001 and getting the R1500 at the same time,i really need that money that is why i requested for a reduction on the loan payment now im struggling to pay fees for my child and to pay other account
